In the course of action document, we'll outline all the pages included in the project and the content that should be placed on each individual page. The expectations of both parties and deadlines for the project will also be provided in this document.

While you may be comfortable enough after our consultation to just skip this step and proceed with the project, many feel much better having an actual document in their hands, outlining the complete project.

Once we've prepared the plan of action and get the go ahead from you, we'll move onto the design part of the process.
